Black Mail Box Black Rectangular Vintage Letter Post Mailbox Exterior Wall Mount order

I sourced this older heavy metal mailbox and added the stencil to give it a pop of white with the word Post. I chose large bold letters so it would be easy to read from a distance and fill the front space nicely. The lid lifts easily and it is easy to hang up with holes on the backside.

If you are looking for a one of a kind addition to your front porch this might be for you. It has a shabby farmhouse order or cottage look to it with distressed lettering.

Please ask questions before buying: there are scratches and some rust and abrasion in places-please love it "as is" if you purchase it.

The box is a good size at 14” wide (14 1/2' across the lid) x 4 1/2” deep x 8" high at the back .

I sprayed the surface with a matte Clear Coat to protect the painted letters and lightly sanded them for a distressed aged look.

This box could also hold office supplies and be used for indoor storage. It will easily attach to a wood surface or wall by resting on two screws-you will need to provide your own hanging hardware.
