Sadly, I cannot afford to resend the item(s) or refund the order if it is marked as "delivered" but you are reporting that you have not received it. However, I will file a report with the USPS, but this does not guarantee that "delivered" items with insurance will be refunded. According to the USPS, they track packages via their GPS system and know if the mail carrier had the package at its destination.
