Made circa 1980's, it is made of 100% wool, and a gorgeous shade of baby blue and white plaid over a fitted button down jacket and pleated flowy mid-calf skirt. It buttons at the sleeves order and up the jacket that draws in slightly for a slimming silhouette effect.
