Shiny order Biothane Cuffs

These cuffs are made of a shiny biothane that gives a wonderful shiny rubber look.

Currently available with a 2" wide black base and Black, White, Red, Blue, Light Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple or Hot Pink Strap

Comes standard with non-locking buckles, but a locking buckle can be substituted at no additional charge. These buckles have a small loop in the tongue which a small order padlock can be locked on.

Large 11" - 15"
X Large 14" - 18"
