Vintage US Navy wedding cake topper. This military Naval Officer cake topper has been refurbished. When I got this topper, it was stained, dirty and discolored. There were more brown spots than white! It appears to be made from a sugar substance. I just could not see a bride wanting to put this dirty looking topper on her beautiful cake, so I painted it and finished with a clear sealant. I gave the bride a new veil and pearl headpiece. There are no cracks, chips or repairs. There is a seam on the right side of the grooms face from the mold as shown in the last photo. The groom is dashing in his dress white uniform, with Commander stripes on his sleeve. Measures about 3 1/2" tall and 2" wide at the base. This order would be a unique cake topper for the Navy wedding, and a wonderful keepsake of that special day. Photo prop not included.
