Designed in striking, rounded shapes, this landing site is perfect for high-tech and advanced sci-fi alien environments. This landing site has several unique features: a detachable force field guard can be swung around during the game to provide protection from invading fire, and the energy lift can be lowered to ground level or raised to the level of the landing surface.
The landing site measures approximately 390 mm x 335 mm (16" x 13") at a height of 50 mm (2") and can easily accommodate flying tanks and vehicles on its pad with 250 mm (10") diameter such as the T'au Hammerhead together with the Warhammer 40,000 setting. The force field above adds another 85 mm (31.2"), which corresponds to a total height of 135 mm (51.2").
This large terrain was designed with clear PLA filaments overlooking. The surface of the outer shell and the pad is about 2 mm thick. By printing a clear or color-tinted 3D printer filament, you can easily add light effects with LED light groups in the building. Examples can be found in the photos of the painted model.
For the energy lift and insertion symbols (six corners and geometric layouts), various designs have been added that can be adapted to your needs and adapted to your terrain.
