I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 15 days of receipt of item for returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if you decide you do not want the item you purchased…. UNLESS (see below)

If the item is defective or damaged, please contact me immediately to discuss return. I hand check every item, photograph and package myself prior to shipment to ensure your item is in the same condition at time of purchase as shown on my site.

Please keep in mind that I hand make every single item in my shop. I do my absolute best to ensure every piece is as perfect as possible but some times there will be small imperfections in the piece, which is part of its charm and is unique to every piece made. I photograph my items from various angles to try to ensure you are able to see what the piece will look like when you receive it. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to me. I can provide additional information or take additional photos upon request.

All items are shipped within 1-3 business order days. Custom pieces will take additional time for production. If you make a request for a custom piece I will discuss with you if I have items in stock or if I may have any delays with needing to order materials that may add any additional time. This could be for stones, crystals, chains, bezel wires, etc. I will keep you informed of the process and any delays.

For International Orders
All items purchased from my shop go through Etsy and through the United States Postal Service and once your package leaves the United States will go through customs. There is a risk that packages can be held in customs and delayed, which unfortunately is beyond my control, so please keep this in mind if ordering outside the U.S.

These are not extra shipping charges imposed by the seller. Any fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that proper care is give to sterling silver items. Tarnishing happens through exposure to oxygen and oxidative reactions that occur with sulfur. High humidity levels, air pollution and contact with chemicals found in deodorant, hairspray, lotions, perfume, and bleach can also cause tarnishing.

Some Tips to Consider:
- Store in Ziploc bags by closing it halfway and squeezing all the air out before sealing.

- Anti-tarnish strips that will absorb agents in the air that will tarnish sterling silver and are made of non-toxic materials.

- Anti-tarnish cloths.

- Sterling Silver Cleaner; I like Shine Brite Silver Dip Liquid Jewelry Cleaner

- Using a sterling silver keeper jewelry box (I have had mine for years and it works wonders to maintain my sterling silver jewelry)
