Bold graphic style. Black line and dramatic black and red color on yellow background.
Measures: 15 1/2" X 12".
Dryer (1880 - 1937) was an American artist. He was a student of Robert Henri, and had a studio in Paris for many years, participating in many of the prominent exhibitions there. It is possible (though not verified) this work was done when he order was a student at the private school Phillips Andover.
Good bright condition; horizontal crease across upper part of paper; few other light creases, one diagonal across lower right corner.
Very decorative, collectible and frameable. Oriental, Asian and Japanese theme. Of interest to collectors of material related to the History of American Art and Artists, Poster and Graphic Art.
