Madame Alexander Wendy as Aunt March from Little Women beautifully dressed, as expected, in a 19th century wine order colored taffeta dress with a black velvet bodice and a fringed satin brocade overlay. Underneath, Aunt March is wearing lace trimmed satin bloomers and half slip and black satin shoes. She includes her original wrist tag and is in pristine condition.
Special Note: We are fortunate to have procured a large collection of Madame Alexander dolls that have been carefully displayed in climate controlled curios, away from direct sunlight since purchase. As a result, all are in beautiful, near mint condition with no fading or discoloration and they smell great (so important!). Most dolls retain their wrist tags and many have been separated from their original boxes and unfortunately may not include certain accessories. The production dates listed are the last year that particular doll was issued and may actually be a few years older. All are retired and some are limited edition.
