This is another listing for RECYCLED ICE TONGS PAPER TOWEL HOLDER. This one has a gorgeous brown patina color. I do not change anything about the ice tongs when I get them. I just add a coat of Minwax polyurethane for protection. When it is holding a full roll of paper towels it will hang down 11" so it would be quite easy to hang under a kitchen cabinet like I have done with one of mine. Please refer to the photos of the black paper towel holder and you can see how I have installed order 2 cup holders under the cabinet to hold each of the "scissor type" handles. The other photo shows another one I have in my laundry room and it is red. I also used 2 cup hooks to hold this one. This style of ice tongs is my most popular type and using cup hooks works so well. But you can also use a toggle bolt or chain or rope. It is very easy to change the roll just by pulling out the 2 ends, slipping on a new roll, putting the ends back into the ends of the wooden dowel and it is done! You can also use this towel holder to hold a kitchen towel or any other kind of towels.
