This is an adorable framed print of a teddy bear reading by candlelight among his library of antique books. Of course, he needs his reading glasses, and behind him is a framed Beatrix Potter print!
This kitschy cute piece is in great condition for its age. The simple wood frame has a few scuffs and scratches, shown in the photos. The glass is in great shape without chips or cracks. The print itself looks to be in excellent condition without any damage.
The back shows that it is held in place by a cardboard sheet with heavy duty staples in the frame. It has a sawtooth mount at the top for hanging. There is an inscription that says "Bought December 28, 1984 = $23.00 ...from Bob" ...this order is a very useful, thoughtful addition to this adorable piece.
