You will automatically be notified (via email) with a tracking # for your tree order, allowing you to track your tree to its destination. P.S. When you receive the tracking # scroll down to “Tracking History” and you will see where your tree is in real-time.

When your tree package is received, remove the tree from the box, and plant/pot the tree as soon as you can.
If you need a care sheet, just message (even before receiving your tree) us, and we will send it right over to you.

It is at this point the order is final and not eligible for a refund. If the tree is damaged or lost while in the possession of the carrier, the recipient (buyer) is eligible to file an "indemnity claim” (insurance claim) with the carrier. BFAAST Company will not file said claim on the buyer's behalf. BFAAST Company is not liable and/or responsible for the carrier's loss or damage to the tree by the delivery service company. If the tree is damaged while in the carrier's possession, Etsy does not hold the seller responsible and considers a buyer dispute ineligible for their case system. If the carrier determines the tree package has a “insufficient address” or your tree package is "refused by the addressee" or any person at the ship to address, BFAAST assumes no responsibility for said event. This writing is giving the buyer their full “Right of Refusal”. Meaning the buyer can refuse to buy from us if they choose to “before" the buyer completes their order.
