Vintage order South African Goldminer's Pin Badge

A very interesting and unusual early Goldminers Badge. It has on it a a small nugget, suggesting a lump of gold, along with a shovel and pick. It is missing order the pin but otherwise is intact. Also, it is marked South Africa which makes it even more appealing. Truly one for the collector!!!
Looks like brass.The picture does not do it justice. A very collectible item!.
