The doctor outfit includes a mask, overcoat, pants and shirt scrubs, and a surgical cap. The gown ties up in the back. The mask has two loops of elastic that go all the way around the doll's head.

The scrubs and cap are navy blue, and the overcoat and mask are white. The gown is white with pink flowers.
