Early 1950's vintage Old Spice Talcum for men, glass bottle with metal cap.

This travel style bottle is unique, rare and highly collectible. I had to go into the archives to research as there are none on the internet that I could find. The shape of the bottle and the metal cap with the ship on it indicate the age to be early 1950's. Plastic caps were introduced in the 1960's. This mid-century bottle was found at an estate sale. It is fared well through the years.

Condition: Some slight color loss off of the red S on the front. A couple of minor discolorations on the front of the bottle above the ship on the front of the bottle. A couple of small stains on the bottom. The ship on top of the metal cap is a little discolored.
