It snaps on the right so it's probably men's sizing however the embroidered name on the front says “Lisa” . I'm assuming this is the Mesa Marin speedway that was in Bakersfield s as I cannot find any info on Mesa Marin Speedway. It is no longer in business. It is an amazing condition for a jacket this old.
