Building is in excellent condition.
The metal piece to hold the light is missing one side. Does not ship with a bulb but order has been tested as you can see from first two pictures.
Comes in original box that has wear / damage on outside but the styrofoam is perfect and protects the piece when not in use.
Will be carefully wrapped and shipped the same or next business day!
