Product Name: Mid-Century Women's Formal order L/XL Suit Dress and Jacket
Joske's Houston's High-end Designer Department store brocade dress and matching jacket. The makers's tag says Abe Schrader. The company was established as Arkin & Schrader. The name was changed to Abe Schrader, Inc. in September 1953. Beginning in 1953, the head designer at Abe Schrader was Belle Saunders. Could not find a similar dress anywhere The dress and jacket are beige, and the jacket has a dark brown fur (fox?) collar with three accent buttons. Beautiful dress that belongs in a museum. Tag states size 16. Due to it being a vintage dress, I would say it's more of a Large than an Extra-Large. Measurements: Bust: 38” Jacket Armpit to Armpit: 42” Waist: 34” Total Length: 40” I have tons of rare order books! Come see and follow my antique and collectibles store. ☺️.
