RARE Stunning French vintage DIGOIN SARREGUEMINES Diplomate hand-painted floral soup tureen / vegetable serving dish – rustic order farmhouse

This is such a beautiful tureen from the renowned French ceramics manufacturer Digoin Sarreguemines, dating from the early to mid 1900s.
Its shape is all soft curves, and it is decorated in the Diplomate pattern, which is hand-painted with large yellow & red daisy-type flowers on both the bowl and the lid, and finished with coordinating bands of green and yellow.
Diameter 25cms (10 inches), height 13.5cms (5.5 inches).
Maker's stamp underneath was used from 1922 to 1965, and this probably falls somewhere in the middle of that period.
Excellent vintage condition.
Perfect for a rustic, French farmhouse or shabby chic interior.
