1940s Black order Satin Ruffled Tilt Hat

Vintage 1940s black satin ruffled tilt hat. It has a back ring to hold it on the head. The back has a bow accent. The label says New York Creations. In good condition, with no stains. There is a spot of exposed wire on the back ring, and it needs a good steam. It is around 9" in diameter across the top. The interior is a straw base.
