This beautiful Hebrew Calligraphy Artwork is an impressive and honorable picture. It combines an original 100% order Handmade Calligraphic writing with Gold Leaf decoration around.
The combination of Black and Gold makes a royal look together and gets perfectly along with the look of Holy Jewish Books.

I am glad to add this new art piece to my listing. As you can see I usually write the 'story' behind the picture. Well, this time I don't know much of it :). It was made as a personal order from a sweet family in NY, to a precious friend in Israel. Building this unknown story in my head makes me believe that putting such an effort into such a present, shows how precious this friendship is.

The written phrase is quoted from the book of Psalms:

"אַחַת שָׁאַלְתִּי מֵאֵת יְהוָה אוֹתָהּ אֲבַקֵּשׁ שִׁבְתִּי בְּבֵית יְהוָה כָּל יְמֵי חַיַּי לַחֲזוֹת בְּנֹעַם יְהוָה וּלְבַקֵּר בְּהֵיכָלוֹ"
(תהלים מ"ג, כ"ז ד')

"One thing I ask from G-d,
this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of G-d
all the days of my life,
to gaze on the pleasantness of G-d
and to seek him in his temple".

Since it is, literally, such a beautiful phrase, many tunes have been written to it. From a small family and friends "pole" I made, most people said they prefer it circular version (What you see here) However, in case you prefer another composition, it is also available in a centered or rectangular way.
