These garlands are considered voluminous because they are 4 inches deep secured with black wire meaning it has more than one row of fringe to give it the perfect full look.

QUALITY & DETAILED
Each garland is created by hand through a detailed process of cutting and attaching each fringe piece one at a time to the black plastic wide-eyed mesh. The fringe and garland's materials might consist of premium plastic which is perfect for both the indoors and outdoors. Each piece of work is unique but always done with quality in mind.
