Sale! Was $85.00, now $64.99: SCOF, France cutlery by Andre Verdier SCOF whose name means: "Société de Coutellerie et d'Orfèvrerie Française" finds its origins in Thiers (France) in 1726. For more than two and a half centuries, original and qualitative knives and cutlery have been produced in the workshops and have gained a prestigious international reputation.
In 1967, SCOF launched the first colored handle knife - the famous "Cambridge by SCOF®", which helped establish SCOF as the leader in the order tableware market for high end colored cutlery.
Each SCOF product with a colored handle has a forged bolster and is assembled and polished by hand.
All SCOF products are 100% made in France.

Pictured is a 6-piece set of dinner knives from the 20th century with the faux horn resin handles that look incredibly like the real thing! The mirror finish of the stainless steel is beautifully complemented by a lustrous, hand polished faux horn handle made of a chip resistant acrylic. Deco silver plate accents on bevels and tips. The name “Scof” is stamped into one side of each piece. Price is for one set of 6 knives and 2 sets are available.

Each knife measures @ 9 3/4" in length.

The bolsters of the handles show some wear and could use further polishing but the handles have no cracks or damage. The blades are straight with no distortion. Please see photos.
