My recipe has been perfected into the ultimate balm and scrub in one. Each gently exfoliates, yet is effective enough to leave your lips lick-ably soft and delicious. Forget bumpy, abrasive sugars that look pretty in pictures but hurt...(been there).

I use only fine, EVENLY DISTRIBUTED, organic white sugar crystals to smooth away any rough, dead skin on the lips. (This is something you know about if you have ever purchased a lip balm scrub that only order had sugar on the top...Not here my friend!) My lip scrubs are amply scented, but not overpowering. They can be smelled immediately upon opening the product and are obvious in taste on the lips, but I do avoid using an excess of oils as some skin types are sensitive and I adore a natural, non invasive approach to scents.

Cocoa Butter is an ideal product for skin care. First and foremost, it has the ability to repair damaged skin cells. Summer weather (which is year-round in SW Florida) has a tendency to sneak up on unsuspecting places...like your lips! It is scientifically proven that cocoa butter prevents a deterioration of the skin from harmful UV rays of sunlight.

Shea Butter helps to improve skin tone and elasticity while moisturizing to help skin appear smoother. Shea butter also helps to eliminate rough, scaly, dry skin; making skin softer and supple. In addition, it evens skin tone.

Kosher White Organic Sugar is an awesome exfoliant, gentle enough to use daily. This particular scrub uses both white and brown sugars, both of fine grain, for their ultimate skin softening ability.

Vitamin E is ideal for the skin as well. It is a known antioxidant and it has been suggested that it slows the signs of aging. It has also been suggested that when applied to the skin it protects it from skin cancer.
