The condition of these items would be well taken care of but used. Final fantasy 7 and 8 cases do have some tabs missing that holds the games, I will ship with bubble wrap inside to secure the game or order replace the case with a better used one for a few dollars. *** Edit: Ive added final fantasy 7 greatest hits to this bundle, case and art in great shape.
