Description
This bag was made using the ancient twining method. This is different from weaving in that after the pieces have gone "over - under" they also get twisted. To my knowledge, there is no order way to mimic this method using a machine. Everything was done by hand using all natural materials. This particular bag was made using hemp(warp and strap) and nettle(weft). The strap was also made by me using the traditional finger woven method. The strap is adjustable with side ties inside the bag.
