Baroque Brooch with order Woman Portrait, Rhinestone Brooch with French Portrait, Swarovski Crystal Brooch

A one of a kind baroque brooch, an original and one of a kind design, entirely handmade with love and care, part of a series of pieces inspired by portraits of women in classical art. I was absolutely stricken with the clear blue of her eyes and her proud upward gaze, painted in the 19th century by Jules Joseph Lefebvre.
The center cabochon is custom made, set with 2 mm Japanese Delica seed beads, glass crystals, Swarovski crystals and decorative metal elements. Everything is hand-sewn, with a natural up-cycled leather backing.

The rhinestone brooch is 6 x 6 cm.
