The crane bucket is controlled by pulley and string. The black rod manually lifts and lowers to give height to bucket.
The toy truck is made of die cast metal and some plastic. Plastic parts are black deck, green tinted windows, wheels, plastic holds the rigging. It also has a rubber smokestack.
Condition: some decals are coming off, the crank works, some paint missing and some rust. Bucket string is order in good condition.

Measurements: In folded position--- 19" L x 8" W x 8" H. The crane arm expands to 20" L.
