Product code: Sunday Pond Symmetry - Fine order art landscape photograph of Mt. Katahdin's reflection in still water near Baxter State Park - October 9, 2013

Mt. Katahdin lies within Baxter State Park in northern Maine. The highest mountain in Maine attracts thousands of hikers each year. The best views of the mountain come from the shores of some of the many lakes and ponds in the area. Sunday Pond is just south of the park. A very calm afternoon enabled this great reflection of Maine's "greatest mountain".

I print my images using an Epson 3880 printer and Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta Ink Technology. The 9-color ink set includes 3 levels of black ink to produce rich blacks and vibrant colors that will last for decades. Each image is printed on Moab Somerset Museum Rag paper created by St. Cuthberts Mill in Wells, England. It is an archival, fine art, 100% heavyweight cotton paper that makes a vibrant image come to life. Finally, all of my prints are sprayed with Moab's Desert Varnish for protection from scratching.

Prints may be purchased with or without matting and foam board backing.

I sign the back of each print and the front of the top matte. Each print is double-matted using acid-free matte board. The width of the border created by the matte boards varies depending on the size of the print but is generally about 2 inches. The approximate image size can be determined by subtracting 4 inches from both the width and height of the frame size you will need. For example, if you order a print for a 9.5in x 20in frame, the approximate size of the print will be 5.5 in x 16 in. Because the circumstances leading to my taking of the picture often lead to the image's name, I include a brief description of those circumstances on the back of the acid-free foam board to which the image is mounted. Your print will be one of only 250 copies of this image.
