Our 1st Birthday Rainbow Pinwheel Tutu Outfit is great for any little one with a Rainbow theme coming up. We can make the tutu and shirt different colors so please message us first if you would like something different than shown.
Made with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple tulle. Completed with a rainbow polka dot bow and matching hair bow.
Shirt is embroidered with a rainbow polka dot #1 and a rainbow pinwheel.

Our tutus are made with over 75+ yards of tulle to ensure a full and fluffy tutu.
