This mini clown hat is made from a vintage white satin that has been put over a buckram frame that has been also covered in felt- so it's super sturdy and has a perfectly smooth surface. It has gorgeous trim of 2 layers of ruffles and a huge handmade pom pom at the top.
It comes on a headband that goes through elastic on the botton so you can slide it into any position on your head. I use only the most comfortable headbands that fit kids or adults comfortably.
