Qing Dynasty Guangxu period Porcelain Plate : depicting A scene of Emperor Chongzhen, on April 24 1644, Rather than face capture by rebels, the Chongzhen Emperor gathered all members of the imperial household except his sons. Using his sword, he killed Consort Yuan and Princess Zhaoren, and severed the arm of Princess Changping. at On 25 April, the Chongzhen Emperor was said to have walked to Meishan, a small hill in present-day Jingshan Park. There, he either hanged himself on a tree, or strangled himself with a sash.

Guangxu Reign of the Qing Dynasty dates it between 1875 to 1894 Because the seal is written in finesse script, it dates it to before the U.S Stamp Act of 1894. other wise what looks like F T R V would read as CHINA.
الطاووس لا يصدق Xiǎo'érjīng script seals is a Perso-Arabic script used since the Tang dynasty mainly in the north western regions of china which translates as the incredible peacock.
