Jade and Sterling order Leaves Bracelet

This exotic, handmade chain bracelet has been crafted from fine silver leaves, Korean jade and sterling silver.

The bracelet features ten handcrafted 12x9mm pure silver textured leaves. Dangling between each leaf are 8x4mm Korean jade ovals and 4mm rounds, perfectly wrapped with sterling balled headpins.

The 99.9% silver leaves are created from precious metal clay. This soft clay consists of pure silver particles, water and an organic binding agent. I roll out the clay, apply the circular texture to one side and the rune texture to the other, and form the components. After each piece dries, it is sanded and then kiln-fired for 2 hours. In the kiln, the binder burns away, leaving behind pure sintered silver. The textures have been given an oxidized patina to bring out the richness of the design.

The bracelet is finished with a large 15x12mm sterling silver lobster clasp.

The length of the bracelet is 7 and 5/8 inches (20cm).
