Vintage Tin Halloween order Ratchet Noise Maker with Witches

Here is a loud ratchet noisemaker that would help trick or treaters scare away Halloween ghosts! How much fun at a party to have had these toys to create a boisterous atmosphere!
This noisemaker made in the USA by US Metal Toy Mfg company is chock full of imagery. Two different witches are pictured, bats, owl, black cat, scary house, kettle with fire and full moons are crammed onto this small piece of metal! There is a order black plastic handle.
Measurements: 4 1/2 x 1 1/8 x 1 inches handle: 1 1/2 x 3/8 inches
