Royal Albert - Old Country Roses, High tea 3 tier cake order stand

Royal Albert - Old Country Roses, large High tea 3 tier cake stand, hand made by myself using genuine Royal Albert Old Country Roses vintage plates produced in England in the 1960s and 1970s. Various backstamps depending on the year of production.

Those made from 1962 to 1972 have the backstamp that reads “Old Country Roses - Royal Albert Bone China - England”. Those made from 1973 to 1982 reads “Old Country Roses - Royal Albert Bone China - England - (c) 1962 Royal Albert LTD”.

All plates are in very good used condition. No cracks or chips or crazing. Gold gilding is intact. The cake stand handle is brand new and is the strongest, heavy duty one.

Bottom plate (dinner plate): 26cm

Middle plate (salad plate): 20cm

Top plate (soup coupe saucer): 15.5cm

Total height of the cake stand: 35cm

I will try my best to capture all the wears / defects / discoloration, etc in photos as well as product description. Normal wears such as minor scratches are common in vintage items and will NOT be explicitly stated.

I pack carefully with bubble wrap and padding. However, there may be occasions where an item may get damaged in transit. This would be beyond my control. In the event an item gets damaged, buyer will need to bring the item to a local Australia Post office to lodge a compensation claim. Australia Post has an automatic insurance amount of $100 for every posted package. If an item or combined items are worth more than $100 and buyer wants extra insurance, buyer will be liable for paying the cost of extra insurance.
