Created from freehand cuts of cotton fabrics ( hand dyed, batiks, prints) free-motion machine stitched over raw edges. Trying something new, I took apart a few artificial ""silk"" flowers to create the daffodils and the yellow fantasy flowers. They were easy to stitch through and add a very different element to the quilt. The morning glory flowers are made from my hand dyed fabric, as is the background sky. Yarn vine was added as another 3D accent. A hanging sleeve has been sewn onto the back and a wooden dowel will be included for easy hanging order on one nail.".
