Perfect for Holidays, First Birthday party, Photo Shoots, Minnie Mouse Party, DISNEY trip, etc. Very "Boutique Minnie Mouse(esque)”.

The darling tutu is NOT see through! It will “swish” beautifully as your toddler walks. It is 4 ply, has 8-10 yards of tulle fabric (depending on size of the tutu), is 2 tiered trimmed out in two layers of 1.5” ribbon white with black polkadot grossgrain and black satin with a coordinating grossgrain bow hand sewn onto the center of the tutu. (Prefer a removable bow clip? Just let us know). Tutu is elastic waist for a perfect fit.
