Vintage 1950s Dress- Gorgeous Light Baby Blue Nylon Dress with Pretty order Silver Brooch Accessory- Small

When I first saw this dress i loved the shape of it. Very feminine light baby blue nylon dress that has white floral patterns that cover the entire dress. It has a satin lining in a very pale pinky, lavender colour. This satin lining helps give the dress a contrast of blue and pale lavender.

On the bodice it gathers in the bust area and on the tab there is an "S" shaped silver brooch with crystal like stones in it. This adds a little something pretty and special to the dress. The zipper is in the back of the dress. Cap sleeve design.
The brand looks as though it maybe Australian. The tag reads: 'Youthcraft reg, ssw".
You could wear a petticoat under this to make it more bouncy, that's up to you.

Condition:

The dress has been gently worn. This dress is in very good condition. It also was altered bigger. The current label on it is SSW (small small woman). The alteration was done professionally and this dress is still very wearable. It's been cleaned and ready to wear. There are no holes or tears in the nylon but there is a little faded mark on the hem front at the bottom. Not noticeable unless you're searching for it. The white floral pattern is a little bit faded in parts. Due to the lining being a different colour to create a contrast, it looks as though around the shoulders, arms might be a bit faded. Even though this has been cleaned more than once there are slight edges of yellowing. The brooch has all the stones. There are two small hole in the satin lining at the bottom, one tiny one on the order inside lining near armhole at the right. but this doesn't take anything away from the dress. Zipper still good. Very wearable.

Please consider that this is vintage and will show normal signs of wear from time.

This dress would fit x-small, small.
Make sure you give yourself some 'wiggle' room.
