Antique French enamel metal order memorandum heart - Heart shaved grave marker

A French heart shaped grave marker, made of rolled iron with white vitreous enamel much like the signage of the time. The lettering has been bleached in the sun and become shadowed, making for a decorative vintage piece with pleasing signs of age and wear. The death date is 1939, which is when the heart will have been made.

Chips to the enamel, sun bleaching and some losses to the exposed rusty iron.
