Vintage 1940s Brown order Feather Print SS Bolero Shrug

A charming layering piece. Pleating at shoulder is emphasized with shoulder facing, at one time it likely had shoulder pads. Hand sewn with care, with double layer construction at front panels for maximum stability and drape, nice.
