Vintage late 70's party dress! Inky black bodice with gold & silver metallic glitter swirl order and black layered ruffle skirt. Blouson top has v-neck front and back. Dropped waist skirt has large bow or left side. Completely lined in black acetate. Zip down back entry. Killer flapper style dress for a cocktail party or formal event!
