Gorgeous Vintage 1950s Black Cocktail dress featuring a lush velvet top half with a low V drop and a unique Velvet Tube attachment with 2 Deco Rhinestone accents. The Velvet tube continues across the back with 2 more Rhinestone accents...the velvet tube repeats as the belt 9 some pictures with & without the belt).

The Black Tafetta skirt has sewn in panels that accentuate the almost 360 fullness....Perfect for that special event, fancy or vintage theme cocktail party or any dressy occasion.
