If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. RONIBIZA Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: I do not accept any package in which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. RONIBIZA Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.
