Beef on Weck, also known as the Beef on Wick, or the Beef on Kummelweck Roll. The meat on the sandwich is traditionally order served rare, sliced thin and topped with horseradish. The roll gives the sandwich its name and a distinctive taste as it is topped with kosher salt and caraway seeds.

The Sandwiches measure about 17mm x 12mmH. They can be set on the cufflink color of your choice:
* chrome
* silver-plated
* gunmetal-black
* antique brass or
* antique copper swivel-back cufflinks
* stainless steel

They will be presented in a natural wood box suitable for gifting and storing.

**ABOUT THE CUFFLINKS**
The Cufflinks are totally handmade without the use of molds. Each piece will have its own unique characteristics and color and no two pieces will look exactly alike. All effort will be made to ensure they look absolutely mouthwatering.

Polymer clay is used to make the delicious miniature food. It is a modelling clay made from polyvinyl chloride which actually has no clay minerals. The final designs are set on the cufflinks and hardened in an oven.

You can make just one pair or several pairs for an event. All my Cuff Links can be customized according to your taste. Just tell me what your favorite ingredients and I'll cook them up for you.
