Zip in liner. Buckle up at wrists to keep dry. Really long belt - didn't know what to do with it. Two front pockets. Metal zipper in liner. Spare button. Made in Thailand. Sz 8R is what the tag says, but we can't figure out what that means as it is a men's coat.
