This item is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
This blue dragon comes with a white elastic cord and your choice of a stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). It has two black loop to attach to a belt or clips. The inner material is white fleece.

It is 7 inches (18 cm) tall from fleece opening to bottom. It is approximately 6.5 inches (16 cm) wide. Inside bag depth is approximately 6 inches (15 cm). The opening circumference is 14 inches (36 cm).
The fleece opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside.
