Our plumes range from 3.6-4 feet high. Keep in mind these were living plants and all differ; therefore, some plumes grow longer than others.

Use:
Utilize our luxurious Type 8 Bleach White Pampas Grass in your home or office by styling plumes in one of our oceanic Malibu vases for a little piece of vacation in the comfort of your home.
Story:

Type 8 is very similar to UVA stock. It has very pieces that drop to the side. The plumes are feathery and dry feeling

Care:
*Blow-dry on a low heat and power setting in order to smooth out the plumes.
Once dried, the plumes are not the same texture as a normal dried flower, similar to a feather, and are less likely to break.
*No Water is required.
*We fluff our stems by drying them with a hairdryer. After you do receive your shipment order, you can always re-fluff them with a hairdryer before styling them in your vase.
*Our pampas grass is scented with our Pampas Spray, please message us directly to have them unscented.
*The pampas may shed. This is completely normal.

Processing:
Please note due to high demand we have a 3-6 week processing time before your item will be shipped. If you have an event or wedding and need it sooner please email us.

Return Policy:
Luxe B Pampas Grass does not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped out. We can conduct an exchange if the order hasn't been processed for shipment.

We only offer cancellations within two days of purchase. The reason being is most of our items are made to order.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery caused by mishandling of your package during the shipping process, you have 2 days from when your order is delivered to let us know. We will file a claim. Luxe B Pampas Grass insures all packages. Please show proof of damage caused by the shipping handler. We will ask you to provide photos of the shipping packaging in the condition in which it was received; using these documents provided, we will open a case and investigate the matter with the courier that dropped off your package.

Any parcel returned by the recipient shall be refused and returned back to the sender at their expense

The health and safety of all our team members are our number one priority. Please note that Covid delays may happen with the shipment. All carriers have been experiencing shipping delays. If you do have an important event, we strongly suggest placing your order in advance. Even for orders that seek priority shipment, we cannot guarantee priority arrival times within the covid parameters.
