Shipping Policy
1- All orders will be shipped with tracking number and shipping carrier and time may different by countries. (please check below)
* If buyer make order with 'free shipping' service, seller will pay for all shipping cost. But when item is returned for buyer's issue, service cost should be returned to the seller. (We will send you the shipping order payment receipt)
2- There may be shipping problems that are beyond a seller's control like delay or lost in the mail. Seller cannot compensate for the damage, but do my best to provide information or any help to reslove the problem with shipping carrier.
3- It is buyer's responsible for shipping errors like unsuccessful delivery for return/custom/absent/refuse/etc.
*If package returned to the seller for delivery problem, buyer should pay for all cost and will get a refund except costs. (It will be the same if buyer get a 'free shipping' service when purchase)
4- Items cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer's mistake like misunderstanding for size, uses, design, etc. Please check carefully before payment and message me if you have any questions.

- UK, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam : Postal Service - air mail / takes 2-4 weeks after ship with tracking number
- Everywhere else : FedEx express / takes 3-7 days after ship with tracking number
