Vintage denim belt has a Mary Frances cloth label and is shown as a size S/M. Made in the Phillipines.
Mary Frances is a celebrated US fashion designer. She began her career designing costume jewelry in the 1980's and switched to purses in the 1990's.
She is famous for her embellished and eclectic purses and accessories but using studs, beads, crystals and trims. Thus is the first MF belt I have come across.
Belt consists of two order 1.5" wide bands of denim sewn together ending with heavy brass metal connectors that are adjustable with two bands on the back of each piece. The brass ends are two circles that have been ornately etched.
Belt band is embellished with a variety of designs including glass beads, large linked brass chains, colored sequins, fabric appliques, faux pearls, metal charms and large colored rhinestones.
It measures 40 inches total length and actually could be worn as a large.
Condition is preowned but good. I see one square rhinestone missing and a chain that is unattached, and is an an easy fix. See last two pictures.
Shipping is priority box insured taking 2 to 3 days.
Item can be returned and buyer pays return ship.
