We'd advise you look into adding one of our heat packs to your order if the temperature in your area drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. All orders ship USPS First Class unless you add priority or priority express shipping to your cart.

No two plants are the same, and unless specified you will not receive the exact plant in the photo.

Once your order arrives:
Please understand that plants may lose leaves during shipping. Some plants are more delicate and may look sad upon arrival. It is very important to do your research for your specific plant to give it the best care possible in order to nurse it back to health. If you are not sure, please message me and I order will help you to the best of my ability.

DeLasPlantas is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping; this includes damage from hot or cold climate temperatures which can stress plants while in transit. You should check temperatures and make your decisions accordingly. If a plant is damaged en route, it is your responsibility to submit a claim to the shipping company
